Alexandria Cat Rescue Centre in Egypt is a new project supported by World Animal Friends. WAF is working with a team of rescuers in Alexandria to run a small shelter for rescued cats. With the help of our generous supporters we were able to raise enough funds to rent an apartment where rescued cats can be cared for until they are adopted. This is a big commitment for us are we now have to find the funds each month to pay the rent, wages for the shelter manager, food and cat litter. That is why we need some shelter angels! We are seeking people to donate a regular sum of £10 a month to help us pay the basis apartment expenses.
